Fees and payments
How much do I have to pay to join the club?

You only pay the lifetime activation fee to join. This fee includes the first month's membership fee.

Memberships are currently monthly or annual.

An e-mail address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, telephone number and date of birth.

How do I schedule my preventive treatment?

Just call our office and make an appointment for you or your family members.

Simply make an appointment at our office and don't forget to let us know you're a member. When you arrive, we'll check that your membership is “up to date” and you'll be entitled to instant savings on our regular fees.

Confirm Perio maintenance for current patients. New patients receive a recommendation after the initial examination.

What if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please refer to our clinic's policy on no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.
